Vintage accurate 1960's style Stratocaster Pickup Mounting Kit
Each kit includes:
- 6 Vintage-correct 6-32 x 5/8" chrome plated steel oval head countersunk Phillips pickup mounting screws
- 6 Vintage-correct conical steel height pressure springs
These conical steel springs provide more overall pressure and more even pressure than modern options, providing a vintage-correct spring mounted solution, for a 1960's-style Stratocaster, without being as prone to feedback and squeal as other spring mounted options.
This kit is intended for vintage-correct 1960's pick guards which have counter sunk pickup mounting screw holes. If your pick guard has flush drilled holes, you can countersink the holes on a drill press or just buy the "Vintage 1970's Style Stratocaster Pickup Mounting Kit" instead. The 1970's kit has non-countersunk round head screws for flush drilled pick guards, as used in the 1970's.
