The Mayhem Set from Duncan brings together the original high-output ceramic humbuckers: the Duncan Distortion Neck and Bridge.
The Duncan Distortion neck pickups is specifically designed for use with the bridge version.
It is hot enough to deliver smooth, fluid solo tones with high gain, while also producing bell-like clean tones.
The bridge pickup incorporates a massive ceramic magnet and hot coil windings to deliver well-balanced rock and metal tones, with rich upper midrange harmonics.
The tone is perfect for crunchy rhythms that are tight and percussive, and lead work that is singing and fast with ultra-clear pick dynamics.
Other appointments include nickel silver bottom plates, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and vacuum wax potting for squeal free performance.
