    Description

    Reform schools were meant for prisoners given indeterminate sentences that could be reduced by good behavior as opposed to prisons which meant fixed terms.  This one housed prisoners from ages 16 to 30.
    All postcards are sent in plastic sleeves with backing in the envelope to help prevent damage through the mail.  Shipping is same day if payment is received by noon EDT and next day for payment after noon.
