After PhotoDisc originated the idea of object digital images they soon introduced a series of volumes exclusively dedicated to objects. Internationally renowned designer Glen Mitsui and photographer Nick Koudis teamed up with PhotoDisc to bring high-quality, creative object images to the design community. Each disc included up to 120 high-end images in three file sizes with easy-to-use clipping paths.
This disc, however, has 142 images!

PhotoDisc Object Series originally had 100 images and sold for 9. This Object Series disc has 142 images in three file sizes. That works out to approx. .04 per image. We're offering these discs now for .95  which is
LESS than 34¢ per image.
Even the lowest cost online rights-free stock photography (Deposit Photos) today is .00 an image or when a special deal is available 60¢ an image. Still almost twice the price of any of these images. From most online sources even ONE quality image can cost the same as this entire disk.
When PhotoDisc went online in 1995 a buyer could purchase a SINGLE IMAGE online from PhotoDisc for .95 for a 600K file or .95 for a 10MB file.
Published by PhotoDisc, which became part of Getty Images in 1998. Runs on both Macintosh and Windows. Each image was scanned on state-of-the-art scanners, painstakingly retouched, and color corrected for the highest quality. This CD includes a total of 120 images, each in 3 file sizes: * High resolution: 28MB, JPEG/ 8.5" x 11" @ 300 dpi * Medium resolution: 10MB, JPEG/ 5" x 7.5" @ 300 dpi * Low resolution: 600K, JPEG (for comps)/ 5" x 7.5" @ 72 dpi.
These discs were well cared for. They are not scratched or damaged. They cost a small fortune and I took good care of them. The photos are of the actual product for sale. They are being sold "AS IS." No returns.
Each photo includes Adobe Photoshop Object Clipping path.
A clipping path is an outline around an object that allows you to mask the object and separate it from its background. This special feature is useful for dropping images into white spaces or onto a background image. All isolated objects in the Object Series have a custom path embedded into all file sizes and can be accessed by opening the image in Adobe Photoshop.
A clipping path will render the smoothest possible edge definition around your object, constrained only by the resolution of your output device.
When I attempted to open this CD on my iMacPro with an external Apple CD drive, it wouldn't open. Then I inserted the disc into my way old 2001 PowerBookG4 laptop it opened right up!
