These pickups deliver vintage-Strat sound, feel and vibe, with glistening highs and warm lows. From vintage bobbin construction to genuine original-era cloth wiring, all Fender Pure Vintage pickups are wound to precise specifications for authentic, traditional Fender tone and performance.
    The original Strat sound, feel and vibe reside within the copper coils of Original Stratocaster ’57/’62 single-coil pickups, which are reverse-engineered from an actual 1963 Stratocaster. Built with Formvar magnet wire and staggered alnico 5 magnets with beveled edges to produce glistening highs and warm lows—all with unmistakably vintage tone. Ideal for blues, rock, pop and country.
