Nice condition shows some normal wear, couple small  light creases, does  have clear tape and pin holes on corners and tape on a couple other edge areas, I left clear tap on as to not damage the poster, see pics
Measures approximately 22x28 inches
This is thin poster board stiff and  can not be rolled, with gloss finish on the front
