With the Fluence Bass soapbar pickup, Fishman brings revolutionary Fluence multi-voice performance, dynamic range, and articulation to the bass. Based on the company’s groundbreaking Fluence Core technology, a single bass pickup can now deliver multiple timbres and sounds, each independent from the other. Original and completely reimagined, Fluence multi-voice pickups for electric bass are free from the hum, noise, and annoying inductance issues that plague even the most coveted wire-wound pickups, revealing pure, uncompromised bass tone.
An arsenal of bass tones
As do all Fluence pickups, Fishman bass soapbars are multi-voice and may be powered by a Fluence rechargeable battery pack or a standard 9-volt battery. Additionally, you can split them for single-coil operation with a Jazz Bass string window or further expand your tonal palette with the included treble and bass controls. Voicings for the Fluence bass soapbar pickup were created to offer players a wide arsenal of bass tones that cover all playing styles.
