DO-5 Diode ceramic insulators
For sale are DO-5 ring-shaped ceramic insulators. They provide excellent electrical insulation and great heat conductivity.
Size:
Outside diameter: 17mm (0.67")
Inside diameter: 7mm (0.275")
Thickness: 2mm (0.08")
Suitable for ALL Diodes, Triacs, Thyristors, SCR, etc. with DO-5 package or for any other components with 6mm stud diameter.
On the second photo are shown some diodes (1N3913) which can use these DO5 insulators. The diodes are NOT for sale in this listing.

SHIPMENT
All item(s) will be shipped by registered priority airmail, unless other agreement is set with the buyer.
EMS, DHL, FedEx or UPS shipment may be arranged too. In this case I would prefer if you have a customer number in the particular courier service.
Typical delivery times for registered airmail are:

(All countries): 8...15 days
ALL OTHER
destinations (North and South America, Asia, Africa, etc.): 12...25 days
EXCEPTIONS:
1. AUSTRALIAN customers: usually shipment to Australia is pretty fast, i.e. 8...14 days, but in some rare occasions for unknown reasons it may take more than 25 days.
If a buyer purchases several items I will combine the shipment to reduce shipment costs. In this case please wait to receive the final invoice with the combined shipment cost
