Hand-wound pickups made specifically for the "boutiqueTele" sound. The neck pickup has a warm, rich and full sound. There are suitable amounts of high, medium and low. The bridge pickup is built using a raised flash alnico magnet. The sound is very full, full and even tone. Tone is what it's all about. Some people call it "Twang", but we prefer to call it "TONE". All AmalfitanoPickupTele replacement sets are assembled using vintage color coded cloth covered leads and lightly wax potted to reduce the chance of microphonics.
Specifications: Bridge : 42 gauge Formvar magnetic wire with Alnico 2 magnets Neck: 43 gauge wire around Alnico 5 magnets. Values: Neck: ~ 7.2K ohms Bridge: ~ 8.2K ohms
